Section:13 Bentley Hall to Halesowen Abbey around Coombeswood is looked after by the Friends of Coombeswood. This group of very commited volunteers have made a real difference to this part of The Monarch's way.

Coombeswood Wedge consists of approximately 70 acres of land upon part of which stood the Coombeswood tube works.

It is located to the side of Mucklow Hill in Halesowen, West Midlands..

Within the boundaries of this land are a number of areas of scientific interest as well as habitats which support a number of red status listed butterflies, moths and birds

Please visit their website http://www.friendsofcoombeswoodwedge.co.uk/  to see the work that they do.
